Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®)

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) is the most widely used personality inventory in the world, enduring for 50 years.  Just last year, some 3 million people gained valuable insight about themselves and the people they interact with by taking the MBTI®.  It helps our clients make important business, career and personal decisions; and aids in organization development, enhancing two-way communication, team building, leadership development and career development.

The MBTI® determines preferences on four scales:

Extraversion-Introversion

Sensing-Intuition

Thinking-Feeling

Judging-Perceiving

The various combinations of these preferences results in 16 personality types.  The MBTI® reflects the latest developments in type theory, and research from more than 4,000 studies provides a broad empirical foundation.
